New Governance and First Contact

The following is an extract from my book, which provides more in-depth details on each aspect of this transformative model for global peace. "One World, One Nation, One Love" -work title- represents a comprehensive framework designed to address the "multi-crisis" currently affecting our world. It is not just a solution to our present challenges; it is a roadmap for humanity's long-term evolution, including our next steps into space. This model aims to establish sustainable peace and stability within the global society.

Recognizing that most conflicts stem from struggles over resources, this framework emphasizes reimagining resource distribution and wealth sharing to minimize conflict and enhance social stability.

1. The 50/50 Principle

The 50/50 principle suggests that individuals dedicate 50% of their time to community-focused work -rather than paying taxes- while the other 50% is devoted to personal pursuits. Community work encompasses vital tasks essential for societal functioning and environmental initiatives aimed at "healing" our planet. By prioritizing these efforts, we can establish a circular economy and reduce the need for scarce resources, thus mitigating related conflicts. This balance can be flexible, allowing individuals the choice to work every day in a 50/50 mode or to alternate between six months of community work and six months for personal interests.

2. A New Currency

To address inequalities and balance the influence of current financial elites, we propose the introduction of a new currency that cannot be converted from the old one, or at least with strict conditions for conversion. This currency would be tied to the total amount of global resources and the collective hours contributed to community work. By basing its value on tangible resources, this currency can help control inflation and function like a gold standard, but with a broader array of underlying assets.Further details can be found in the book.

3. Erasure of Debt

As part of the new currency framework, we advocate for the erasure of debts for individuals, businesses, and potentially nations. This measure will facilitate the transition to the new currency and support the implementation of Universal Basic Income (UBI), ultimately helping to eradicate poverty and enhance both financial and social stability…

4. Universal Basic Income (UBI)

Implementing a UBI, combined with strict price controls -especially on essential goods such as food, housing and energy- will ensure purchasing power and help eradicate poverty. The UBI not only alleviates poverty but also promotes individual entrepreneurship through microfinancing. Additionally, it fosters "social serendipity," inspiring innovative micro-projects that traditional financial systems often overlook. More insights on the advantages of UBI can be found in the text “The UBI and the Eradication of Poverty” on this blog...

5. Market of Priorities

In this model, resource distribution would be based on individual needs, rather than national boundaries. Every citizen would own a "wallet of resources," containing a percentage of all global resources. Citizens could then prioritize their resource allocation through a "market of priorities." This approach implies the abolition of national borders, reinforcing the idea of "One World, One Nation, One Love." Additionally, this model raises awareness of our economic reality, emphasizing that the more people there are and the more we waste resources, the poorer we all become. Hence the interest of a circular economy.

Moreover the production follows according to the “ranking of priorities“. Let us imagine for instance, on a panel of 100 citizens, 50 prioritize the production of food, 40 prioritize the building of houses and 10 prioritize the manufacturing of cars. Then 50% of the resources are allocated to the production of food, then 40% to the bulding of houses and 10% to the manufacturing of cars...

6. Delocalization of Political Personnel

To enhance objectivity and reduce corruption, political representatives should be delocalized, similar to diplomatic personnel. This system could involve assigning government leaders from one country to lead another, ensuring that power remains decentralized and corruption is minimized. By implementing a global collegial governance model composed of leaders from smaller countries, we can further stabilize our political landscape. This being said and with respect to our leaders, with a new currency, a worldwide UBI and the market of priorities, the need for standard political personnel is almost inexistant. Yet we might still need leadership, guidance and “exemplarity“, but differently as currently experienced. Thus this model implies a very different role and action of political leaders...

7. Delocalization of Armed Forces

In line with the political restructuring, armed forces could also be delocalized, allowing for the integration of military efforts into a “global Earth army“. This transition should be gradual, beginning with collaborative interventions led by diverse international leadership, promoting peace and stability worldwide. A first step before the integration to an “Earth army“ could be for instance the following suggestion:
African armed forces with American leadership for intervention in Asia

American armed forces with Asian leadership for intervention in Europe

European armed forces with African leadership for intervention in America

Asian armed forces with European leadership for intervention in Africa

8. Religious Cooperation

Encouraging greater collaboration among major religious institutions -such as conducting joint ceremonies- can facilitate dialogue and understanding among believers. Additionally, integrating modern knowledge into religious frameworks can help bridge cultural divides and promote a more inclusive society. Despite the little information present on this page, we stress that we do not underestimate the importance of the religious personnel, including the religious leaderships. There is much more up to date and relevant material on this delicate topic in the book…

Moving Forward

This entire process should occur within a non-profit oriented economy. Profit-driven motives often lead to resource over-exploitation, inflation, and economic instability.
Profit implicitly requires infinite growth which is physically impossible in a world with finite resources and leads to economic crises. A healthy and stable economy can exist without it as its primary goal. Our historical struggles with economic crises consistently demonstrate the pitfalls of profit-centric systems. Profit per se -as well as money- does not exist and has real “material“ value. Resources being the actual wealth, a resource-centric system shows greater relevance. We have been living for thousands of years without profit, not without resources…
To foster stability and prepare for the advancements that lie ahead -possibly even a galactic step- it is crucial we adopt a sustainable approach. Free energy, 100% recycling, and a circular economy are essential for sustainable expansion into space, not profit. Earth -and its ecosystem- is a biological and mineral spaceship working as a circular economy. Realistically considered, living in space requires unavoidably to reproduce this model… Even with future technologies, bringing paylod in space will always cost more efforts than recycling…

First Contact is not just an event, it’s a pivotal moment that requires us to reassess our values and systems. By fostering global unity and implementing these transformative ideas, we can prepare for a future that embraces peace, collaboration, and understanding. The responsibility lies with all of us to make informed choices and advocate for this change, ensuring a harmonious and stable foundation for generations to come.

Intense and profound Love to our hypothetical readers. I invite you to join me in this journey toward a brighter future.…
